Please read all the information below about our policies prior to working with us.

1. All cancellations (without exception) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If not, the full service fee will be billed to your account for that missed session by automatically charging the credit card on file. This number must be provided at intake and will only be used if you fail to notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
2. Counseling-related phone calls will be billed at the full hourly rate of $150 after the first five minutes of conversation. Counseling-related letters (evaluations, legal or academic correspondence) will also be billed at the full hourly rate.
3. Any court appearances whether testifying or not, will be billed at $1,000 per half-day. This fee will be paid at least one week in advance unless other arrangements are made at time of scheduling.
4. Our Christian and pastoral counseling is not covered by insurance. 
5. Payment for services is expected at the beginning of your session, which is $150 for an individual session and $200 for couples/families. Doing so ensures each session will begin and end on time. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card.
